I thank everyone so much for developing this specialisation. The courses are well designed and contain information that really improves the techniques and increases the efficiency of teachers. I am learning a lot. :)

The first part out of eight series of this TESOL course really gives me a clear basic information I should know as an English teacher who doesn't have any degree in English. Thank you to all the course team in ASU!

It was very interesting and informative. As a new student to teaching I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised and looking forward to taking the remaining courses to earn a My TESOL certification.

Very helpful course to get started on the path of teaching English. Dr. Dixon is quite remarkable in his style of teaching. The course contents are also structured to address all the right issues regarding teaching.

This is a great course, easy to understand and provided me the willigness to keep taking the coming courses. I like the peer-reviewed assigment, which allows us to get in contact with people from all over the world.

I really enjoyed this course. The video lessons were very interesting, and at times quite humorous, which made the content quite clear and easy to understand. I am highly satisfied with the knowledge that I gained.

The teachers are clear and offer insight into the correct way students should be learning language. The essential questions offer a great way to stimulate critical thought and helps in the digestion of the material.

it was excellent particularly the lessons which conducted were awesome and teachers really sophisticated and really motivated to teach. somehow its really inspired me and gave incentive to prolong my teachng career

It was an excellent course that assisted me in learning fundamental language principles. Actually, the information provided has overwhelmed me. The goal is to learn something new every day.

I really enjoyed this course. I have read almost all the contents elsewhere, but the selection was good and I think those who have not taken or studied any language teaching courses would benefit the most from it.

Video presenters did a great job and I only saw one error in all of the text that accompanied the video which is a HUGE improvement over the other courses I recently did which had edit errors in almost every week.

So far, I have finished most of the first of the courses. I have fully enjoyed it. The only issue so far is that there are not always enough peer responses to respond to when I am finished and ready to move on.

I did not struggle understanding the concepts. Everything seemed so natural. Thank you Instructors for making learning easy for us and creating the wonderful content. I would love to dive deeper into the course.

It was simply one of the best courses from Coursera. Hats off to all the teachers involved on this mission. You all did a great job and surely contributed to us, teachers, throughout the world. Thank you a bunch!

Excellent, engaging vidoes made by passionate teachers. The content was made interesting very easy to understand. I am excited to continue with the coursework and look forward to putting what I learn to practice.

the time track of each video could be maximum 5 minutes. that would help participants memorize the information included in the videos and could write down their information carefully and in an organizational way.

A good introductory course for those who had never had anything to do with teaching might be too easy for those who are familiar with teaching in general. But, for those new to ESL, it is a perfect introduction.
