Lisa L. was interviewing for Sr. Technical Recruiter positions, and after a few weeks of intensive interviews, she started to receiver rejection letters. During these interviews, she asked a lot of recruiters about their challenges, and what tech skills they need to work towards solutions. Most of them talked about the data science field. Later on, Lisa realized that she loved technology problem solving, and decided to make a career switch to software engineering. She completed courses in data science and programming on Coursera, which helped her make the switch.
