The shared content was extremely useful. It is quite a hard topic though, so I'd reckon new learners to pay attention to details and practice as much as you can.

Excellent and thorough.
Be sure you capture the 'splunk speak' command lines entered in the video. Seeing it, makes more sense than reading it.

Incomplete course. No value. No support. None of the courses in the "Splunk Search Expert Specialization" have any practice data or labs provided for learners to work along with the videos. This makes it difficult to have "active learning" in this course as you are not likely to grasp and retain any of the concepts for the lack of practice. None of the questions in these Discussion Forums have received a response from any Teaching Staff, Instructors, or Mentors. The Coursera Support Team is not of help either. They've got your money, so will not bother with a resolution.

There are no labs, no material for labs and the testing is assuming you have hands on experience before hand.
