Hello, and welcome back to the next module of this course. In this lesson, I will introduce you to UiPath Studio. In the previous module, you have learned about UiPath Platform overview, its products and core components. You have also learned about robots that execute your RPA project. By the end of this module, you'll be able to; explain Studio, describe orchestrator, describe how to install and update UiPath Studio, describe UiPath Studio user-interface. Let's start the video with an introduction to the UiPath Studio. UiPath Studio is used to develop automation projects. It is an advanced automation software that gives everyone the right automation Canvas to build great software robots. It provides a visual, drag-and-drop, and low-code environment and comes with prebuilt components for creating automation. Studio is well equipped to build simpler to complex workflows. It encapsulates both simple and complex solutions for application, integration and automating third-party application, administrative IT tasks, and business IT processes. With Studio, you can automate faster, more, and together as it is friendly, smart, and collaborative. Now that you have a fair idea of what UiPath Studio is, let's look at some of its salient features. Number 1, productivity. By using drag-and-drop activities and managing dependencies available in Studio, the automation solution can be built quickly and easily, thereby increasing the productivity of the developer. Number 2, code quality. The quality of the code can be controlled by using its in-built features like workflow analyzer, creating custom rules, and validation. Number 3, extensibility. Studio is extensible with the help of project templates, browser extensions, automate SAP and Citrix technologies, the solutions can be extended depending upon the project requirements. Number 4, version control. Studio is compatible with Git, TFS, SVN integration, File Diff, and compare changes, thus allowing easy and effective collaboration amongst team members. Number 5, debugging. Debugging helps in catching exceptions that prevent the successful execution of a project. Studio has multiple debugging options like Breakpoints, Call Stack, Immediate, Locals, Watch, Test Activity, and Create Test Bench to make the debugging process easy, simple, and efficient. Number six, re-usability. UiPath Studio comes with inbuilt libraries and custom templates, and the developer can reuse these components while designing automation. You will come across many more features of Studio when you work with it. Keep learning, and thank you for watching.
