In this module, we'll guide you through some of the facts about why exercise is
good for us and why we all benefit from doing regular exercises.
Agnes McCloskey, a physiotherapist with expertise in
exercise and sport will tell you more about it in her video.
She will also tell you about how a physiotherapist or
physical therapist can help you exercise safely and effectively.
But before you meet Agnes,
we'll ask you first to complete a scavenger hunt inside
some well-known exercise guidelines and to think about your own exercise habits.
After you listen to Agnes,
we will ask you to set a plan to
improve your exercise habits over the next several weeks.
Finally, at the end of this module,
we'll quiz your knowledge about what you know about exercise
and the role of physiotherapy in helping you exercise safely and effectively.
