Hello everybody and welcome to this fifth week of the MOOC ICT in Primary Education. My name is Florian Meyer and I am a professor at the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada. And we share this week with Natalia Tokareva who is chief of section Early Childhood Primary and Inclusive Education. And she's program specialist also for the UNESCO institute for information technologies in education. We'll be very pleased to be your instructors during this week. This week we'll talk about inspiring examples and implementation concerns, and how to overcome the challenges of ICT in primary education. A quick review of the last four weeks shows that you've talked and thought about different topics. The first week was about ICT and the 21st century in primary schools. The second week was how to, how does ICT make a difference. Week 3 was about Pedagogical changed achievable through ICT. And week 4 was about Technology opportunities. This week we'll have a different goals and we'll talk about ICT in primary schools, but from a different perspective which is issues, obstacles, concerns and ways to overcome them. This is why the goals of this week are to identify the different dimensions, dimensions of implementation issues and apply them to your own contexts. To become aware of the problems that can be encountered in using ICT. These problems of course and concerns can be related to different subjects such as culture, language, security, educational critiques, money, support, infrastructure, teacher knowledge, time, managements, families, and equal opportunities. So we'll talk about all these during the week. And the last goal is to share and build some solutions to these concerns and problems. Of course the solutions can be also from different kinds. As it was also the case in the previous weeks, some activities are core activities and some are optional. It is up to you and your schedule to decide to go through the option, optional activities of course. So these are the core activities. And these are the optional activities. [BLANK_AUDIO] We will also, and of course there is the Course Journal. We will also recommend a few readings and a few resources. Here are a few examples of that readings that we will recommend this week. [BLANK_AUDIO] Of course, we encourage you to keep this wonderful energy that you put in to the four previous weeks. Keep learning, keep communicating and expressing yourself thanks to the forums, your blogs, Twitter, Diigo, Maps, Pearltrees, Scoopit, Padlet, whatever the tools that you are used to use, and that help you express yourself. And of course we wish you a great week. [BLANK_AUDIO]
