Do you have two or three other takeaways based on that experience of how companies or teams can have these conversations and implement changes that are inclusive of people, and ensure that opportunities are more equal? >> I do, I think for me one of the things that I always try to do as person, a leader, an investor, whatever the case may be, is I always try to come come in with the right attitude. To me intentionality and the energy that we bring to things are extremely important, right. And we all have biases as human beings, but being conscious of those biases before we go into a situation and say, I want to make sure that I'm bringing something positive is extremely important. Second is a level of accountability, right? Because we can have the best attitude in the world, but unless there's a, okay we've come up with something, we have some ideas, now there's a level of ownership, whether it be individually or with a team, is extremely important as well. And then last but not least, is to take action, right? So we come in with the right energy, we have the team, we put a team together There's a sense of ownership, whether it be assignments or who's going to do this. But then we actually have to take progressive action to make sure that we see things to fruition. So I use that metric, it's really in everything that I try to do. But it's worked well from a cultural standpoint. Because, particularly that attitude, and kind of level setting, that brings that neutral ground from the beginning and saying, okay, I need to be a sponge taking in ideas. One of the big takeaways for me is having a sense of gratitude towards things. because as human beings, we pick up on authentic gratitude from other people. And we appreciate when people appreciate us for who we are, however we come to the table. And that usually goes a long way with people professionally or personally. And, to me, the personal and professional are really intertwined, so we have had this conversation in the past about it being different but it isn't. We're human beings. We bring what happens at home to work, and what happens at work, home. So being grateful for certain things and then being able to actively listen. Those two things are skill sets that really transcend everything to be quite honest with you. It sounds maybe metaphysical or something like that, but it does transcend a lot, so active listening and gratitude.
