[BLANK_AUDIO] Hi everybody. I'm Gaylen. Here to talk about the next key to a creative mind. Jack, we're going to talk about mind warping. I know it's a favorite topic of yours. What is the mind warping process? >> Okay. We want to get to this wild mind. And, the way you do that is by deviating from the normal way you think. >> Okay. So, how do you deviate your own mind? >> You got to practice it. It's like anything else. Whether you're learning to play tennis, or learning to play the piano, you've got to start practicing and you practice by doing things differently. >> Okay. So, what's an example of somebody doing something differently to warp their mind. >> Well, for example, I have in class dress for failure day. >> [LAUGH] >> Dress in a way that you would never get hired, just to change the way you dress. Now, a lot of students are already like that and don't have to change much. >> [LAUGH] >> But the idea is to change your style and, and in changing your style, you'll start changing the way you think. So is there something that's too far or too much mind warping? How do you know when's enough? >> There is no enough, kay? You have to continue to work in process. You've gotta continue to take risks with yourself, who you are, and you're actually changing the way you think because you're starting to see all. The ways you can color your life, as I call it. In other words how can you make yourself more colorful? In the, in the environment around you, that's the important thing about the developing this wild mind. >> I know I'd like to live a more colorful life. This is Gaylen. See you next time.
