[MUSIC] Welcome to the final step of this Capstone Exercise. I hope by now you already love Gas Gas motorbikes. By now you should have already worked the problem on whether we want to manufacture our model bikes under the KTM brand, for the KTM brand, from the marketing, the finance, and the OB side of the problems. And it is now when you have to start putting together a recommendation for a Ramon Fuente, so that he can go to the board with that recommendation. And there's one question to be solved, what should Ramon tell the board, and why should he tell the board whatever you propose? That question has basically one answer. Which is your proposal, why you would put forward that proposal and why you would not put forward other proposals. Of course, every proposal that you have, it's going to have its pros and cons. So you have to defend it from the point of view of the benefits it brings to different actors in spite of the cons it has to all those different actors. So basically, what you have to do is identify the problem, which is what do I have to propose to the board? What do you recommend Ramon to propose to the board? Identify the right criteria from the marketing side, from the finance side, and from the OB side. Develop those proposal alternatives of the different proposals you can put to the board, and then analyze those alternatives at the view of the different criteria. Of course, not all the things that you've considered in the marketing and the finance and the DOB aspect of the problem will be relevant. You have to select a relevant criteria and convince your peers that those criteria are really relevant. At the end, you're going to have to propose something that says, I am proposing this because of the advantages that it has and in spite of the disadvantages that it has. And if you believe that there are other proposals that you want, should take into consideration. You should also say, I'm not proposing this because of the disadvantages that it has in spite of the right things or the advantages that it has.
