[MUSIC] So, here we are in the last lecture and I am going to give you the key takeaways of this one. The first key takeaway is that IT organizations need to change. They need to change because technology is changing fast. And if you want to reap the benefit of technology, IT organizations need to evolve. It's possible to evolve, and in order to do that, we need to do two things. The first is explicit, where you are, where you start from. And also explicit where you want to go. The discrepancy between the desired state and the actual state needs to be stretched, visible, but stretched. If the stretch is not big enough you will not be able to get the energy that is needed to transform. Then how to do a transformation. You need to start with a deep understanding of the levers. What do you want to change? Do you want to change the technical landscape? Do you want to simplify? Do you want to standardize? Do you want to change the way you work with the business? You need to understand what you want to change. The four or five key leaders of change. And finally, you need to drive the transformation as a project. You need to spend 20% of your time and of your leadership team every week on the transformation. You need to work one day a week to give all the organization a milestone in the week that this is a transformation day. Give transparency to everyone, that the more transparency, the easier it would be to change. And the role of the CIO is to say, I'm here to help you, not here to judge you. If you do all that, you will be able to change your IT organization. So, here we are, at the end of the course. >> And we hope you enjoyed it, actually, as much as we enjoyed doing those videos. >> We started from a book, but we thought it was a bit obsolete, so we decided to apply our own principle to transform, or disappear. So we went for a MOOC and it was fun to do. The MOOC is a new way to teach. >> And now, we are available. If you have any questions, if you want to learn more, or challenge us on some of the ideas we have, can be on the Internet, any mobile, or anywhere you are watching those videos. Thanks to you for listening to us and looking forward. >> Take care.
