The course also includes interactive training including labs to reinforce all of the components above. At the conclusion of the course, it is recommended to take the final certificate exam which is required in order to receive the official IBM Customer Engagement Specialist Certificate. The final exam is available for remote proctoring via Pearson VUE and details will be shared with you at the conclusion of the course....
