The course was very comprehensive and easy to understand. The instructors made sure that they are giving the information in a way that won't make me confused. Thank you so much for this great course!

Great course that starts with basics for newcomers to Excel and slowly builds up to some intermediate and advanced formulas that can be used for all sorts of business and real world problem solving

The course does well in dealing with some essential aspects of formula calculations in excel. It provides spreadsheets and culiminating exercises at the end of each week.

However it fails to provide a decent user experience or to deal with user problems. The course has been up and running for over a year and the course providers have made no attempt to amend some quite glaring problems. Some of the instructions make little sense and have not been thought through and there is generally a lack of quality presentation.

It also appears that the input of the visible faces of the course were minimal. The managing director gives a slick introduction on decent camera and mike, while the people that actually put together the content are not introduced at all. The lecture videos are poor quality, seemingly using the worst available microphone and software to create them. It all seems a bit of a vanity project for the visible faces while the people actually delivering, are uncredited and faceless.

"On paper", this is a well constructed course for someone looking to sharpen their quantitative analysis skills using excel as a tool. Segments start with an intro from someone in a leadership capactiy with PWC. The lessons come from associates within the firm. There seems to have been little coordination or collaboration on the execution as it is very inconsistent.

The audio quality in far too many of the lessons is poor. The video quality is poor when excel spreadsheets are being displayed, leading quickly to eye strain.

The edition of excel used is 2013, PC version. If you are a Mac user, there are some functions that either don't exist or operate differently. A Mac user will need to figure this out without guidance from this course.

Be clear with yourself as to what skills you wish to develop that caused you to be interested in this course. You may very well find better options that will fullfil your need.

While the course content was comprehensive, I felt that this course was not well-designed. Excel is a pretty un-intuitive tool that takes time getting used to. But this course spent too much time on basics and skimmed over more complicated functions. A course like this needs an abundance of exercises to help the student familiarise themselves with the different functions and also get the hang of the software. Moreover, the workbooks were riddled with mistakes, making the student-led exercises very hard to complete. Quite disappointed with this course

The test problems and practice problems are, ironically, terribly formatted and, sometimes, written, to the point where it's not clear what they're asking and it can make it very difficult to finish the course. I think some of the problems were written by non-native English speakers. This course was largely a waste of money- some useful tips, but could not finish because I didn't understand (nor did my husband) what they were asking for in one of the tests.

The subject matter as well as the videos and worksheets are excellent. Unfortunately, most of the assignments are filled with errors and inconsistencies. This in turn makes you question what you are learning. An unfortunate outcome, as it would have been an easy fix, more so since this course has been accessible to many for a very long time.

Week 3 questions were very poorly written. While that usually wouldn't merit such a low score on it's own, it is disappointing that the course creators have not improved/refined/updated the course during its 5 years of existence, as demonstrated by the abundance of ancient, unanswered forum posts on exactly the same issues.

The videos are ok, but the amount of examples and exercises is very insufficient for a "data analysis" certificate. Plus, several workbooks had incomplete or unclear instructions, the same with the quizzes. In one case (statistical workbook) even the answers were wrong. PwC could have been more careful with these items.

I THINK THE FINAL PROJECTS DON´T HAVE ENOUGH GUIDELINES TO ANSWER THEM, I HAVE HAD TO LOOK AT THE ANSWERS, SO I DON´T FEEL SATISFIED.

Boring videos with poor sound quality, no support on the forums if you have questions, mistakes in the materials, and assignments on functions that haven't been discussed. Also the course requires knowledge on statistics and finance, it's very difficult to do if you don't have this knowledge.

i had a lot of difficulty in following the instructors, at times they went too fast and at times some of the material asked in student led exercises was never even discussed in the videos for example the mid function and the way the right len left functions were thought was not adequate

This course was so hard to understand. It says it is for beginners, but it is not. The instructions in the practice assignments are unclear, and there are mistakes in them, too. the videos do not prepare you to complete the assignments on your own. I do not recommend this course.

This course should be labeled with something the dennotes that it is SPECIFICALLY and ONLY for Excel on PC. If you are using Excel for Mac, don't waste your time on this course. The content/curriculum/exercises are not compatible.
