<a href="http://leighthompson.com/">Leigh Thompson</a> is an internationally recognized scholar on negotiation, group decision making, team creativity, teamwork and collaboration. Thompson is the J. Jay Gerber Professor of Dispute Resolution at the <a href="http://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/">Kellogg School of Management</a> at Northwestern University.
